Vinaya for layman

If I am allowed to avail of Vinaya as a layman, where may I request for a free copy and free postage, too, of Vinaya? I am trying to practice all I can while staying at home.

I am a 47 years old Filipina. I speak only English and Filipino. I am determined to be a Theravadin nun. There is no forest monastery in the Philippines. I am not fortunate enough to meet a qualified, compassionate teacher whose method is suited to my limitations. I am looking for places preferably monasteries who may accomodate me to practice the 10 precepts, insight meditation, render some quiet services in exchange of very basic needs.
